Every client I work with receives a 3 hour musculoskeletal assessment and integrated life coaching forms to enable us to ensure that the protocols we use are congruent with the overall health of the individual and that we look at all factors that affect the person. Lifestyle issues are often the underlying roadblock to one’s physical goals and, as such, without establishing balance within lifestyle there can be no chance of creating long term physical improvements. Whether those goals be injury rehabilitation, pain reduction, body composition improvements or sporting performance.
Biography
I believe that the use of a holistic and integrated approach to wellness and fitness is the way to make long term, lasting changes for my clients.

You must be motivated! Whilst I will be coaching you to reach your goals, only you can achieve them and in order to make the most of this system, the individual must be open to a holistic approach and must be patient enough to undertake a minimum 4 month program of physical and lifestyle improvements. I am confident that if this commitment is made then you can achieve whatever you wish for.
I look forward to assisting you on your journey.
