DANNY JOHNSON

Danny is a remarkably passionate, skilled and dedicated personal trainer and sports therapist who has commited his life to improving the physic and wellbeing of hundred of clients in the UK and Internationally. Since moving to England from Barcelona over ten years ago, he has used his Bsc in Sports Therapy and numerous industry qualifications to successfully train a variety of clients, ranging from complete novices to high profie clients and competitive athletes.

Biography

Danny is the founder of Danny Johnson Personal Training and Rehabilitation, a team of elite health and fitness professionals with a unique integrated approach to health. 

Danny is a remarkably passionate, skilled and dedicated personal trainer and sports therapist who has commited his life to improving the physical wellbeing of hundreds of clients in the UK and Internationally. Since moving to England from Barcelona over ten years ago, he has used his BSc in Sports Therapy and numerous industry qualifications to successfully train a variety of clients, ranging from complete novices to high profile clients and competitive athletes.

Danny has an extensive education in leading personal training and rehabilitation programmes such as the C.H.E.K Institute, a uniquely integrated and holistic approach to health, fitness and wellbeing programme. He has also gained qualifications in Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Denmark.

Danny is currently studying in an internship program in soma training with Guy Voyer, D.O., learning about the connections of the human fascia, and its manipulation through movement and exercise.  

Danny has built on this educational background with years of hands-on experience to develop a unique approach to training the body as a comprehensive system of systems. He believes in combining deep tissue massage, mobilisations and stretching with strength training to achieve a stable, strong, functional body through safe, injury-free workouts. 

Danny's enthusiasm for sport, exercise and health began at a very young age. Having competed in gymnastics, athletics, kick boxing and boxing, he understands how to train movement to achieve an optimal level of fitness integrating stability, flexibility, strength and power. He provides his clients with a scientific health and exercise programme, as well as an exciting and motivating training experience.

Whether you are high-performing athlete, someone who hasn’t exercised in years, simply want to loss some weight, or are suffering from spinal injuries or chronic fatigue, Danny can design a bespoke programme to bring you to an optimal fitness level.
